At Netflix, Tyler utilized his patented full service approach to found and fine-tune the Adult Animation Casting department to ensure successful launches of original productions across genres during the covid era. He embraced both big picture thinking and working “in the weeds”, carefully deploying each method based on studio and individual production needs. These include implementing internal casting and recording related structural workflows, advising on budgetary and talent session logistics, and prioritizing the establishment of a dependable, talent-aligned, industry-preferred reputation for the studio.

And he cast and voice directed whenever the opportunity presented itself, including several original series and all projects in development.
