If Hypecasting’s approach begins with a love of the craft, it was molded by Tyler’s rise from assistant to executive within the studio casting system. Twenty years working inside that pipeline has exposed Tyler to every opportunity, limitation and responsibility associated with production, and prepared Hypecasting to handle whatever’s thrown its way. And Hypecasting takes a hands-on approach, ready to jump in wherever and whenever needed because that’s how Tyler was brought up in casting. Talent running ten minutes late? Talent’s in Mexico City for the next month but you need a pickup session tomorrow? Talent needs to be recast due in no small part to the existence of killer whales? No sweat.

Whatever the situation, Tyler has seen it, and Hypecasting can handle it.

Hypecasting’s approach has since been fine-tuned across projects of every size, genre and budget. Having the Disney or Netflix name behind you is one thing, but the road to building Hypecasting wasn’t paved with studio jobs alone.
